一、启动地暖
1、 Start floor heating
正确使用水地暖，有利于延长它的寿命。首次启动时，水地暖不会立马达到设置温度，只有水温达到45℃，房间地表温度才能达到28℃~30℃。所以首次启动地暖，水温是逐渐上升的。比如：水温第一天19℃、第二天24℃、第三天28℃，到第四天才可设置正常温度使用。
Proper use of water floor heating is beneficial for extending its lifespan. When starting for the first time, the water heating system will not immediately reach the set temperature. Only when the water temperature reaches 45 ℃ can the room surface temperature reach 28 ℃~30 ℃. So when the underfloor heating is started for the first time, the water temperature gradually increases. For example, the water temperature is 19 ℃ on the first day, 24 ℃ on the second day, 28 ℃ on the third day, and the normal temperature can be set for use on the fourth day.
注意：地暖升温不能太快，如果太快，地板会因膨胀而开裂。
Attention: The heating of the floor should not be too fast. If it is too fast, the floor will crack due to expansion.
二、日常使用
2、 Daily use
“离开房间时关掉地暖系统，回到房间时再把地暖系统打开”，许多人误认为这种做法可以节能。
Many people mistakenly believe that turning off the floor heating system when leaving the room and then turning it on when returning to the room can save energy.
实际上，这种做法容易损坏地暖元件，是得不偿失的。正确的做法是这样，家里没人时调低温度，地暖保持低温（13℃~15℃）运行，回家后再将温度调至舒适室温。同样，家里不经常使用的房间日常也可以把温度调低。
In fact, this approach can easily damage the floor heating components and is not worth the loss. The correct approach is to lower the temperature when there is no one at home, keep the floor heating running at a low temperature (13 ℃~15 ℃), and then adjust the temperature to a comfortable room temperature after returning home. Similarly, rooms that are not frequently used at home can also have their temperature lowered on a daily basis.
只有家中长期无人时（3天以上）才能关闭地暖系统。
Only when there is no one at home for a long time (more than 3 days) can the floor heating system be turned off.
注意：当室外温度低于0℃时，则不能关闭地暖系统，以防管道冻裂。
Attention: When the outdoor temperature is below 0 ℃, the underfloor heating system cannot be turned off to prevent pipeline freezing and cracking.
三、系统检查
3、 System inspection
虽然开发商或者采暖服务商在验收房屋的时候已经验明地暖系统是合格的，但在装修期间可能出现的人为破坏，仍然会影响地暖系统的正常运行。
Although the developer or heating service provider has verified that the floor heating system is qualified during the acceptance of the house, any human damage that may occur during the decoration period can still affect the normal operation of the floor heating system.
